Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any sessions or memberships with Tibbs Bootcamp.

Cancellation Policy for Group Classes & Personal Training

Changed your mind about classes or personal training sessions?

As a consumer, if you change your mind about a membership or service package you purchased, you have 14 days from entering into the agreement to cancel it under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This applies whether the service is accessed online or booked in person.

We, as the service provider, will not begin providing services before the 14-day cancellation period ends unless you explicitly request an immediate start, book a last-minute session, or gain instant access to active classes.

If Tibbs Bootcamp cancels a course or session, you will be entitled to a full refund. If session dates are rescheduled due to circumstances outside our control, an alternative booking date will be provided.

UK consumer law states that no refunds are required after the 14-day cancellation period has passed; however, Tibbs Bootcamp may offer a credit note or gift voucher at its discretion upon cancellation.

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Training & Memberships

Leisure Activity Exemption

If the service you booked is an in-person class, group bootcamp, or scheduled personal training session taking place on specific dates with a set capacity, it falls under the leisure activity exemption within consumer law.

Scheduled leisure activities set for specific dates are excluded from standard statutory cancellation rights once the term or class period has commenced.

Our Tibbs Bootcamp group classes and 1-on-1 personal training packages operate under a minimum set-term agreement. These memberships cannot be cancelled until the agreed initial term is fulfilled. Following the initial term, a minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel or modify your plan.
